Highlights
It was the official and primary residence in the city of the Ottoman Sultans, from 1465 to 1853.
Topkapı Palace is among those monuments belonging to the "Historic Areas of Istanbul", which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985.
Open from 9:00 to 17:00. Closed on Tuesdays
The visit takes about 3 hours. The price is 10€ for the palace and 5€ for Harem (for me the best from all the palace)
