Highlights

One of the few highlights when you visit Bangkok, is to visit the Floating Market.

This one is recommended by the Thai Tourism staff. They mentioned that this is the few ORIGINAL Floating Market that is still around. There are other floating market that are nearer to Bangkok town, but, its more of a mock up of an original one for tourist.

Not advisable to buy the souvenirs here. Its pretty pricey. But, do try the food or fruits. Its good. And, do take the boat ride. Its worth the trip.

Asha Guest House
cool and cheap

Its a real nice little guesthouse. Very near to the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market.

Eventhough, its not within walking distant from the CBD area. Its conveniently located within a short walk from the BTS (skytrain) with direct links to all parts of the city.

Reasonable price! Clean! Comfortable! Friendly!
